Buying from us is easy and secure. For every item, there will be a click to order button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.
You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking View Shopping Cart button. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and will include your order number. Please include your order number with your photo/artwork. You can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server.

by check slows down your order since we don't ship the order to you until your
funds clear.

state of New York. New York law requires that we

There is no pick-up or delivery service for UPS orders on weekends.
All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
If you would like us to ship your gift to a different
address you may do so at no extra charge. We can also ship to multiple addresses.
Each address in a multiple address order should be treated as a new order. Simply
submit a new order for every address that you are shipping to.
We cannot ship any personalized item to a P.O. Box
since we ship via UPS. Please provide a street address.

GadgetBargains.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department
You must contact
us, or we will contact you, for a shipping quote for any item you feel can be
over 50 lbs or oversized.
Please make sure your address information is accurate
and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package
and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment
or suite number is missing).
Some items may incur an additional shipping charge
due to their size/weight and/or the distance that they are being shipped. We
will contact you with these changes before the order is processed for final
approval.
Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions
before sending back any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We
recommend that any returns you send to us be fully insured and via a carrier
that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is
lost or damaged during shipment back to our company, we will not be able to
refund you. Instead, you will need to contact the shipping courier that you
selected and file an insurance claim. All refunds will be made to the person/credit
card that made the original purchase. Some return exceptions to this policy
may apply. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of
receipt. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed. Please note:
All Soleus Air-Conditioners must be returned within 7 business days. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer, not Gadget Bargains.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact
us as quickly as possible by telephone. We will do our best to prevent
your order from shipping, however, because our systems are automated, we
cannot always guarantee cancellations. Please note: bulk orders along
with personalized and/or made-to-order items may not be canceled once
production has begun. If your order does ship out, your order will need
to meet all the terms and conditions as outlined in our return policy
including restocking fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
