How to Order

Order Online: using our secure server (fastest option)

  1. To place an order online, click on any product image.
  2. Choose the quantity you want and follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.

Buying from us is easy and secure. For every item, there will be a click to order button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking View Shopping Cart button. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and will include your order number. Please include your order number with your photo/artwork. You can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server.

Payment Options
Pay by Credit Card Using Our Secure Server
We safely accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via our secured server.

Pay by check or postal money order payable to Future Memories.
You can select "Mail in check" on the order form and send us a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order payable to Future Memories, Inc.. Please note that currently we are only able to accept postal money order and checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on an U.S. bank. Paying by check slows down your order since we don't ship the order to you until your funds clear.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of New York
. New York law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. By law, charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product and must be included when sales are calculated.

Shipping Information

Holiday Shipping:
Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season.

Please note:
Personalized Product orders over $30 are shipped via UPS for standard service.
There is no pick-up or delivery service for UPS orders on weekends. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Ship-To Address
If you would like us to ship your gift to a different address you may do so at no extra charge. We can also ship to multiple addresses. Each address in a multiple address order should be treated as a new order. Simply submit a new order for every address that you are shipping to.

P.O. Boxes
We can only ship certain items to a PO Box. Please provide a street address if possible.

Alaska, Hawaii and APO Addresses
Alaska, Hawaii, and APO customers should contact us for a ship quote before placing an order.

Overseas
At the moment we are shipping "select items" outside of the continental United States. To find out if the item you are interested in can be shipped internationally to your country of choice, simply attempt to "add to cart". There will be an automated message which will alert you if it cannot be shipped internationally.

Items Over 50 lbs.
You must contact us, or we will contact you, for a shipping quote for any item you feel can be over 50 lbs or oversized.

Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).

Shipping Disclaimer
Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance that they are being shipped. We will contact you with these changes before the order is processed for final approval.

Return Policy

1) All return requests must have an RMA number. Returns sent in without an RMA number will be refused. Please email us at info@futurememories.com to obtain an RMA number. Customer must request RMA number within 14 days effective from date of delivery of order to you.
2) Customer must print RMA number on outside of shipping box and ship package back within 14 days of receiving RMA number. You will be instructed as to which warehouse you should ship it back to.
3) All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception.
4) All returns for defective merchandise will be made for the same item.
5) Item(s) being returned must be returned in original packaging and in original condition along with a copy of the original invoice.
6) Products showing wear, abuse, alteration or breakage, whether accidental or intentional, cannot be accepted back even if within the 14 day period.
7) Shipping & Handling will not be refunded.
8) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refund of return shipping cost may be requested. Refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis at the time of processing and are granted at the discretion of company depending on the reason for return.
9) For your protection, we recommend that you send merchandise back via UPS or USPS Insured Mail. Please make sure to provide protection against breakage during shipping by using Styrofoam, newspapers or other cushioning packing material.
10) Certain items including but not limited to razors, shavers, dental care, hair care or edibles (food and drink products) cannot be returned once used due to health concerns.
11) All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer, not Gadget Bargains.
12) Refunds are given by the same method that the order was paid.
13) Returns sent back without request for either refund or exchange will be treated as an exchange for the same product. 13) Please allow 7-10 days after delivery of your return to our facility for refunds and exchanges to be processed.
14) Gadget Bargains Will Not Refund any purchase that is recieved in un-sellable condition.
15) Personalized Items or "made to order" purchases cannot be returned.
16) We do not refund bulk orders. Bulk orders are constituted by any multiple item purchase order over $500 or more than 12+ units.
